One person, three pillars, one reason

LBL wasn't built by a company trying to enter three markets at once. It was built by one person who needed all three himself — and figured other people probably did too.

MEET GREGORY LALDEE

"Coach Greg"

I spent 29 years in the U.S. Army. When I retired, I came out with a 100% permanent and total disability rating — and a very direct, very personal understanding of what it means to rebuild a life across every part of it at once. Not just the body. Not just the mind. The whole picture — where you live, who's around you, what your days feel like.

That's not a metaphor for me. It's literally how I had to put my own life back together.

Along the way, I became a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Life & Professional Coach (CLCI), a Master Resilience Trainer (MRT), and a licensed Florida real estate agent with Keller Williams. Each one solved a different piece of the same problem. What I noticed — for myself, and later for the people I worked with — is that none of them worked as well in isolation as they did together. A workout plan doesn't stick if your mindset is fighting you. A new home doesn't fix anything if the neighborhood works against the life you're trying to build. Progress in one area kept getting undone by neglect in another.

LBL — Live Better, Longer — exists because I got tired of watching that happen, to myself and to people I coached and trained. It's built on the belief that real, lasting change comes from working on your mind, your body, and your environment together, not one at a time.

WHY THREE PILLARS, NOT THREE COMPANIES

I could have built three separate businesses — a coaching practice, a training business, a real estate team. Plenty of people do exactly that, and do it well.

I didn't, because in my own life those three things were never actually separate. The real estate agent who found me a home in a walkable, connected neighborhood did as much for my long-term health as any workout plan. The coaching work that helped me find purpose after retirement is what gave me the discipline to actually follow through on a fitness plan in the first place. Pull any one of the three out, and the other two get harder.

So LBL is built around all three on purpose — Mind, Body, and Environment — with the belief that they're not competing for your attention, they're supposed to be working together.

BUILT BY HAND, NOT BY COMMITTEE

Fred, LBL's AI community scout, and Greg AI, LBL's AI personal trainer, weren't outsourced to a software company. I taught myself to build them — from nothing, in under a year — because I wanted tools that actually reflected how I coach and train people, not a generic product with my name on it.

They're not meant to replace the human side of any of this. They're meant to make it easier to get started — a low-pressure way to figure out what you actually need, before you ever talk to me or anyone on the LBL network.

WHERE THIS IS HEADED

LBL is still young, and still mostly me — but it's built to grow into a real network of coaches, trainers, and real estate agents across the country who believe in working on all three pillars together, not just one at a time. If you're reading this early, you're seeing it close to where it started.

However you found your way here — through Fred, through Greg AI, through the coaching questions, or just curiosity — I'd genuinely like to hear what's going on in your life right now.
